We accept any type of Complaints till 7 days After the Delivery of your Order to you.

What is our Exchange Policy?

We care about what’s being delivered to you. However, we do accept EXCHANGE in the following cases:

  • Wrong Product: If a wrong product is delivered due to any mistake then it is our responsibility to manage pick-up of wrong product and deliver the ordered product to you.
  • Damaged: We are really very quality conscious, we assure you about quality but still if you find any quality issue then we are always ready to accept your EXCHANGE request. Our Courier partners also work under the motto of “Handle with Care”. Still, if the product received by you is damaged, we’ll be happy to take it back. Just send a email with Order id and Image of Product with Quality Issue.

We accept returns only if Wrong or Damaged Product has been delivered, It will be exchanged with the same product and will be shipped to you at our cost.
